Generalism

I know I’m having a bit of a thing at the moment about signs, but they just keep popping into view. This should hopefully be the last one for a while. Mebbe.

Okay, perhaps see this as less a sign observation, and more a plea for information.

So. There’s this bus right, and it has room for seated and standing people, got me? And along the length of the bus are vertical bars that standing people can hold on to when they’ve nowhere to sit, okay? Only, by the looks of the picture below, it’s actually not okay to stand and use these bars halfway down the length of this bus, because the sign says not to stand there. Er, hmm.

Well, I hope I’m never on this bus when it’s full…
